How it works

We're looking for people building something real, generous by default, who will actually show up.

Apply
Ten minutes. What you're building and what you'd bring. Written by you, not a CV.

We read it
Every application, by a person, usually within a week. You'll hear either way.

A conversation
Half an hour, both directions. You should be interviewing us too.
- 04
Join
Introductions, the private group, and first access to the next trip.
In return we ask three things: give before you take, be present, and keep what's said on a trip there.
