Zanzibar Reset
Six days with almost nothing in them. Our one trip a year that is deliberately, unapologetically slow.
· 6 days
Every year we run one trip with no sessions, no studio visits and no agenda beyond being in the same place. This is it.
The theory, borne out four years running, is that the most valuable conversations happen when nothing is scheduled around them. So we take a house on the east coast, and that's the entire plan.
It sells out to returning members within days of opening, which tells you most of what you need to know about it.
The experience
Nothing, on purpose.
One house, twenty people, six days.
- 01
No schedule
There is genuinely nothing in the calendar. This takes some people two days to adjust to.
- 02
One house
We take the whole property. Everyone eats together and that's the only fixed point in the day.
- 03
The water
Dhows, diving, and the long tidal flats at low water.
- 04
Stone Town
One afternoon in, for anyone who wants it. Optional, like everything else.

Before you book
Important information.
Sold out
This trip is full. It runs every September and opens to members first, so join the community to hear about the 2027 dates before anyone else.
Visas
Tanzania issues visas on arrival to most nationalities, and e-visas are available in advance. Yellow fever certificate required if arriving from an endemic country.
Connectivity
There is wifi at the house and it is unreliable, which is not entirely an accident.
